  • 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2. Grease the baking pan lightly with butter or oil.
  • 3. Pour the prepared batter evenly into the pan.
  • 4. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • 5. Remove from oven and let it cool for 10–15 minutes.
  • 6. Slice, serve, or decorate as desired.

  • 1. Cut paneer into cubes and soak in warm water for 5 minutes.
  • 2. Heat butter and oil, sauté onions till golden brown.
  • 3. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.

  • 5. Add fresh cream and kasuri methi, mix well.
  • 6. Add paneer cubes and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 7. Sprinkle garam masala and turn off the heat.
